During the Christmas period in 2020 I wanted to buy a present for my mum who loves sewing, but I was unsure what she needed. The shops I usually purchased supplies from did not offer gift cards, so I asked them if I could buy a credit note and produce my mum a nice gift card so that she had something to open on Christmas Day. They asked me if we could do some gift cards for them so that they might offer the same service to other customers… and CYB Cards was born!

Why we started CYB Cards
Welcome to the CYB Cards. We founded the company in 2015, printing gift cards for two cinemas – we now work with 11 and counting! We are delighted to now offer our gift card services to all business, large and small, across the UK.
OUR PROCESS
01 : GET IN TOUCH
Get in touch via email, telephone or our handy contact form. We offer a free consultation, during which time we’ll assess your needs and create a bespoke gift card strategy.
02 : CREATE YOUR PAGE
We’ll then create your personalised gift card page using your current business branding. If you have a website, we may take certain design elements from it – including offers and advertising. Do you have social channels? If so, let’s link them to the page!
03 : DESIGN YOUR CARDS
We’ll then get to work designing your gift cards and covers / holders. There are no templates here! All of our cards are designed specifically with you, your branding and your customers in mind.
04 : SELL
Once your page and card/holder designs are complete, you’re ready to sell! Simply direct your customers to your page where they can purchase your gift cards in a variety of denominations.
05 : ANALYSE
When your gift card is used by a customer, simply log in to your personalised CYBCards dashboard and update the new balance, which will automatically reduce the balance on the card by the amount spent. It’s literally that simple!
