OUR PROCESS
01 : GET IN TOUCH
Get in touch via email, telephone or our handy contact form. We offer a free consultation, during which time we’ll assess your needs and create a bespoke gift card strategy.
02 : CREATE YOUR PAGE
We’ll then create your personalised gift card page using your current business branding. If you have a website, we may take certain design elements from it – including offers and advertising. Do you have social channels? If so, let’s link them to the page!
03 : DESIGN YOUR CARDS
We’ll then get to work designing your gift cards and covers / holders. There are no templates here! All of our cards are designed specifically with you, your branding and your customers in mind.
04 : SELL
Once your page and card/holder designs are complete, you’re ready to sell! Simply direct your customers to your page where they can purchase your gift cards in a variety of denominations.
05 : ANALYSE
When your gift card is used by a customer, simply log in to your personalised CYBCards dashboard and update the new balance, which will automatically reduce the balance on the card by the amount spent. It’s literally that simple!

I do not have a shop, can I still offer gift cards to my customers?
Our gift cards are suitable for anyone offering any product or service. You do not need a physical shop. We count nail salons, cinemas, online retailers and market stall holders amongst our growing number of clients. Feel free to give us a call and we can walk you through the process.
How will I know how much my customer has to spend?
Simply log in to your interactive dashboard and all balances will be available to view. Just make sure that these are updated when your customer spends their voucher.
Do you offer green / eco-friendly card options?
Absolutely! Our card partners offer a biodegradable card which breaks down in 1-5 years (much less than 400 years for the plastic option), leaving no toxins behind whatsoever.
Can I have my logo on the card?
Of course! Our design team will create a truly bespoke card with you logo and branding within.
I don't really have "branding", can you help me with my designs?
Definitely! Our design team can work with you to create a beautiful, bespoke branding package which can then be used on your page and cards… and anywhere else!
What are the card terms and conditions?
We have a set of standard terms and conditions that you can use, however these can certainly be altered to allow your cards to be valid for different lengths of time or include additional clauses like the restricting of certain items or services.
When will I be paid for the gift card sale?
All payments will be made on a fortnightly basis, less the fees incurred
What are your fees?
As every business is different, we do not have a “one-size-fits-all” option. We also offer additional design services. Please give us a call and we will talk you through the available options and craft a fee structure to suit your specific needs.
Can we change our card design?
As a business, we have the environment firmly in mind, so all of our cards are printed to order. This enables us to change the design at any time for new promotions, seasonal offers (like Easter or Christmas), or just because you feel like it.
